What will the company do?

Describe the business in plain words. It goes on the SSM register as the company's activity, and we match it to the official MSIC code for you.

Who runs and owns the company?

Add every director and shareholder. One person can be both. At least one director must ordinarily live in Malaysia.

Nothing is uploaded here. After you accept our quotation, we ask each person for a copy of their IC or passport and check it before anything is filed. For your privacy, ID numbers are not kept on this device.

There is no minimum share capital in Malaysia. The number of shares comes from what you gave each shareholder in step 3; here you set the price of one share.

Where is the registered office?

Every company needs an address in Malaysia where SSM and official letters can reach it. It can be your own premises or Synco's office.

Your package

One price for registering a new Sdn. Bhd. SSM's fee is passed through at cost. Your quotation shows the final amounts, including any SST, before any work starts.
